We hosted an art show in the garden for two Ugandan artists, Wasswa Donald and Sentongo Amos, yesterday. They go by their Christian names Donald and Amos as Ugandan names are structured family name first and then given name. After a cloudy morning (we didn't have a rain plan), the sun burst through the clouds to illuminate the colors in the paintings and sculptures. Close to fifty people attended and the two artists were pleased with their sales. Menu by Moo Moo Catering Inc: eggplant bruschetta, grilled beef tenderloin, chicken and pineapple kabobs and assorted cakes.
