For the first time ever, I actually believe I can cook without a cookbook! We had an amazing time with Chris Salans the chef at the Mozaic cooking school in Ubud. I have a slight hero workship thing going for him now because of his culinary eloquence and the fact he told me to put down the pencil and stop trying to put everything on paper. Hence getting him to sign my cooking class book and getting our picture taken with him. Chris was duly impressed by the fact that we "almost" got engaged at his restaurant - if only I hadn't gotten too into the wine pairing with his delicious food. A great chef and a great teacher - and what an herb garden!
